Looking for 2 CF Roommates to Join Lease on 7/1

Hi everyone, both my roommates are moving out at the end of the lease, and I'm looking for two CF roommates in their 20's to move in as I’d really like to keep the apartment! The one year lease will begin on 7/1. Looking for really clean and respectful roommates.
The apartment is located in UES, a 5 minute walk from the 6 train and an 8 minute walk to the Q train.
There’s in building laundry, dishwasher in unit, 24/7 doorman, elevators, gym, recreation room, rooftop, and courtyard. Each room gets a lot of natural sunlight. There’s also an AC and heater in each room. All of the kitchen appliances are relatively new. Each room would be between $1150 - $1250.
I have two very friendly and sweet cats.
