Hello!

My roommate and I are currently looking for a CF roommate to move into our empty unfurnished room for the lease start of 6/30 (can move in sooner).

Our apartment is located right off the Carroll F/G stop (2 blocks to be exact!) and it's in a very safe neighborhood. We're right by Carroll Park!

The apartment was renovated right before my roommate and I moved in 2019, so there's dishwasher and w/d in unit.

Note: We're looking for a roommate who is VERY clean (as we are very keen on cleanliness). (:
