Looking for a female roommate in my true 2 bed 1 bath apartment in LIC starting August (preferably 8/5 but can be adjusted to 8/1 if needed). The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a walk-up building, up two flights of stairs. The lease would be for the full year until the end of July 2024 with option to renew. It’s fully furnished and is in an awesome location within 5-7 min of the Queensboro, Queens Plaza, and Court Square Stations.

-Utilities split (ranges from $30-$70 pp)
-Room furnishings include full size bed with pull out drawers, desk, chair, fan, trash bin and closet
-AC/heater in each room
-Washer/Dryer on the first floor
-Extra storage locker on first floor
-Trader Joe’s, Food Cellar, City Acre and Target all within 6 min
-No pets
-No overnight guests
-No smoking

There isn’t a ton of storage space so the apartment is suitable if you don’t have many belongings. Kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and other items. Looking for a very clean, tidy and respectful roommate :)
