CHRISTIAN ROOMMATE WANTED FOR BROOKLYN APT

Looking for a Christian female to do a lease transfer and take over ONE bedroom in our 3 bed 1.5 bath apartment. Apt includes in-unit washer/dryer, a dishwasher, rooftop access and courtyard access. Room comes with A/C, heat, and closet space.
Located in a great Crown Heights neighbourhood with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Brooklyn Botanical Garden is only a 17 minute walk away. Also in short walking distance to the A/C/2/3/4/5 and Shuttle train.
Would prefer a Christian female, non-smoker, 40x rent income ($50K/year) and 650 credit score. Also needs to be comfortable with dogs, as one of the roommates dog sits at home from time to time.
The other two roommates are CF’s in their thirties - friendly, clean and respectful.
Move in date would ideally be November 1st (flexible). $1250 per month.
Also planning to sell some of the furniture in the bedroom (bed, desk, chair).
