I am a CF in her early 30s seeking a clean and respectful CF, preferably in her late-20s to mid-30s, to occupy the bedroom in a one-bedroom/flex two-bedroom luxury apartment in LIC, from April to July 2024 (4 months).

The bedroom is fully furnished with a full sized bed, desk, chair, lamp and large closet.

The unit is new and fully furnished with a dishwasher, in-unit washer and dryer, oven and microwave. The unit also faces west, so has a beautiful view of the Manhattan skyline.

Opened in 2022, the building is clean and secure, with 24 hour concierge. It is also in an ideal location with quick access to the R, M/F, E trains within a 1 min. walk from the building and the N, W, 7 lines within a 5 min. walk. It takes less than 10 min. to reach Manhattan and approximately 20 minutes to get to Times Square. There is also a bus in front of the building that takes riders to Manhattan.

The monthly rent is $2,000 (utilities included). The security deposit is $2,000.
