Huge room in 2-bed apt in Chinatown (Bowery & Bayard), 7th flr w elevator, laundry in basement. Room is north facing, lots of indirect light and privacy. Roommate is a christian male.
Bedroom is ~15' x 10'9". Bedroom will come furnished with everything seen in photos. Has AC unit (works well).
Dates: June - Aug 13 (start date flexible)
Rent: $1975/month (plus wifi/elec)
About me: I attend a neighborhing church in NYC, have been living in the city for the past 9yrs and moving out of this apt early, so looking to sublet my room.
