Seeking CF roommate to move into a 2 bed 2 bath in Morningside on 110th and Amsterdam. You can either sign on for the new lease with me or sublet. Current monthly rent is $2750 per person with one month free in the first year. Currently negotiating the price down to hopefully $2500 per person but tbd. It's in a prime location next to the 1 train. There's a full kitchen with dishwasher, laundry in building, bike room, elevator and evening doorman. Second bedroom is large enough for a queen bed + furniture. Most likely looking at a beginning or mid November move in date. A bit about me, I'm a 28 year old professional single woman.
